Omnis makes no warranties or representations regarding the preservation of any data or files created within the Service during the pre-release period. You agree that Omnis shall not be held liable for any loss of data, files, or content resulting from the use of the Service or its discontinuation. It is your responsibility to regularly back up any work and data externally where this is possible.

All user information and any business data added through our system will be securely stored on servers located in the UK. Omnis reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service or our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
